a Little More in 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The New Year always brings a great set of intentions: go to the gym regularly, eat better, call friends more often.\u00a0 Now don\u2019t get me wrong, I would love to have my skinny jeans fit just a little bit better (bye-bye muffin top!), but what I really want for 2015 is to Live A Little More.<\/p>\n<p>My first thoughts are ok, let\u2019s get on a plane and go bungee jumping in New Zealand, hang glide in the Swiss Alps, then go on safari in Africa, but the more I think about it, there is so much to be lived and learned right here in\u00a0the San Francisco Bay Area!<\/p>\n<p>Firstly, there is wine.\u00a0 I mean, I really should know more about what I pour into my glass several times a week.\u00a0 A winemaker once told me that to learn the differences of a certain <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lvwine.org\/event\/1293\/Januarys_Featured_Varietal_Tempranillo.html\">varietal<\/a>, you have to open several bottles and sample them side by side.\u00a0 It\u2019s something I\u2019ve always wanted to try, but have never done\u2026 yet.<\/p>\n<p>Then there are the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lvwine.org\/wineries.php\">wineries<\/a>, all that have a different story, feel and philosophy. \u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s not forget the art of food and wine pairing which has always eluded me.\u00a0 I would love to be able to put together a meal that is perfectly complimented by a wine.\u00a0 In setting these goals for myself, I\u2019ve realized that I don\u2019t need to travel the world to live a little more; I can do it in Northern California!<\/p>\n<p>So for 2015, I\u2019m dedicating the year to learning and living a little more.\u00a0 Will you join
