This\u00a0is\u00a0my favorite time of year. \u00a0Sure, there’s the craziness of kids going back to school and gearing up for the holidays, but one quick drive through the vineyards and everything seems to just calm down. \u00a0I love that the grapes are so ripe you can actually smell them; your own little preview into the wines that they are going to become.<\/p>\n

Of course for the winemakers there is no relaxing while strolling the vines. \u00a0They’re hard at work harvesting the grapes and starting that oh-so-amazing process of turning the fruit into (in my opinion) a better version of itself. \u00a0Just take a look at what they’re up to:<\/p>\n

Barrel work is the name of the game for Nottingham Cellars.<\/p><\/div>\n
