That’s what the Livermore Valley Wine Auction has represented for more than 30 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year, the Livermore Valley wine community gathers for an afternoon of extraordinary wine, incredible food, spirited bidding, and heartfelt generosity. While the setting is beautiful and the wines are among the very best our region has to offer, everyone comes for the same reason: to help improve the lives of local children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s one of the many reasons people love Livermore Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We don’t just make exceptional wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We lean in.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We lean in when our neighbors need us. We lean in when local nonprofits are working to change lives. We lean in because this valley has always understood that the strongest communities are built by people willing to lift one another up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday, September 12<\/strong>, the 32nd Annual Livermore Valley Wine Auction<\/strong> returns to the beautiful lawn at the Wente Family Vineyards Event Center for an afternoon that celebrates not only the best of Livermore Valley Wine Country, but also the generosity that has become one of our defining characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fall in Livermore Valley Wine Country is spectacular, and we will be embracing the outdoor beauty of our wine country garden party setting. Join us for an afternoon of sunshine, wine, great food, camaraderie and giving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our commitment to supporting under-served local children is unwavering and we hope you can join us at the festive, outdoor, afternoon garden party. Think big hats and summer dresses, sear sucker suits, bow ties, and maybe even dressy shorts! You could be at a beautiful, yet relaxed wedding, or a Kentucky Derby party. This gathering will be on the lawn at the Wente Family Vineyards Event Center on Arroyo Road, so wear your flats and wedge sandals so that you can stroll comfortably and easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your group of friends and family will find your table where you can lounge and enjoy the setting. Your table will be served amazing foods prepared by artisan chefs alongside an extensive selection of outstanding award-winning Livermore Valley wines. Our professional auctioneer will conduct an exciting live auction, including exclusive experiences, adventures, and wine collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what truly makes this afternoon special isn’t the menu or the auction lots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s what happens after the last paddle is raised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 1995, the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Foundation has raised more than $7.2 million<\/strong> to support underserved local children. Last year’s auction helped organizations that provide meals, counseling, educational opportunities, enrichment programs, and critical services to families throughout our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, those efforts will benefit four remarkable organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exceptional Needs Network<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Exceptional Needs Network provides fully inclusive summer camp experiences for children with developmental disabilities, ensuring every camper receives the medical support, nutritional accommodations, and one-on-one assistance they need to experience the joy, confidence, and friendships that camp creates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discovery Counseling Center<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every child deserves someone to listen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discovery Counseling Center provides subsidized and no-cost mental health counseling to underserved and at-risk children and adolescents, helping young people build resilience, heal, and thrive regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Heart Kitchen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No child should wonder where their next meal is coming from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Heart Kitchen serves nutritious meals and provides grocery assistance to low-income families throughout the Tri-Valley, helping children grow, learn, and flourish with dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Living with a chronic illness can feel isolating, especially for children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camp NSF creates a safe, supportive environment where children with Nephrotic Syndrome and their families can connect with others who understand their journey, creating lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s easy to celebrate a region because of what’s in the bottle. It’s even more meaningful to celebrate it because of what’s in the hearts of the people who live here.
