Concannon Vineyard

2024 Reserve Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc

Who says Sauvignon Blanc can’t sparkle? Concannon takes an exciting approach with this traditional méthode champenoise sparkling wine, earning an impressive 93 Points and Hidden Gem designation from Wine Enthusiast.

Estate-grown from Lemmons Vineyard in Livermore Valley’s Crane Ridge micro-region, this wine spent 12 months on tirage, developing fine bubbles, creamy texture, and remarkable complexity. Bright citrus, green apple, and delicate white blossom lead into a crisp, mineral-driven finish that feels elegant without losing the refreshing character Sauvignon Blanc lovers expect.

Perfect Pairing: Fresh oysters with mignonette or crispy fried chicken with lemon aioli.

Del Valle Winery

2025 Sauvignon Blanc

Del Valle’s newest Sauvignon Blanc is sunshine in a glass. Stainless steel fermented to preserve freshness, this limited-production wine opens with ripe peach, nectarine, honeysuckle, grapefruit, and lemon peel before tropical notes of pineapple and mango emerge.

Bright acidity keeps everything lively, while the clean finish lingers with citrus and subtle tropical fruit. On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and refreshing, with lively acidity that enhances its bright fruit profile. A clean, lingering finish leaves a lasting impression of citrus and subtle tropical notes.

With only 104 cases produced, this is a bottle worth seeking out early.

Perfect Pairing: Fish tacos with fresh avocado salsa, grilled shrimp skewers, or a watermelon and feta salad.

McGrail Vineyards & Winery

2025 Peyton Paige Sauvignon Blanc

Fresh off a Double Gold at the California Signature Wine Awards, McGrail’s Peyton Paige Sauvignon Blanc continues to be one of the winery’s summer favorites.

Sourced entirely from Lucky 8 Vineyard along Tesla Road, the wine combines 90% stainless steel fermentation with 10% neutral oak, creating both freshness and texture. Grapefruit, lemon-lime, green apple, and white peach lead into tropical notes of passionfruit, mango, and papaya, while subtle hints of jasmine, fresh-cut grass, and wet stone add complexity. The grapes were harvested on August 21, 2025, just five days earlier than the previous year, capturing optimal freshness and balance.

McGrail affectionately calls it “Sunshine in a Bottle,” and it’s easy to see why.

Perfect Pairing: Grilled shrimp with citrus marinade or a summer salad topped with goat cheese and fresh herbs.

Murrieta’s Well

2025 Sauvignon Blanc

Murrieta’s Well sources this wine exclusively from the historic Mel Vineyard, whose vines trace their lineage back to cuttings planted in the late 1800s. Descended from original cuttings planted by Louis Mel in the late 1800s, the vines are grown in blocks ranging from 575 to 715 feet above sea level, just across the arroyo from our historic tasting room. Each block is meticulously farmed according to its unique attributes to ensure optimal flavor development and vibrant, expressive fruit character in every vintage.

Fermented and aged sur lie in French oak barrels, the wine offers impressive depth while maintaining Sauvignon Blanc’s trademark freshness. Aromas of grapefruit and honeydew lead into tropical citrus, guava, and orange zest, all supported by bright acidity and a polished, elegant finish.

It’s a beautiful example of how Livermore Valley Sauvignon Blanc can balance richness with remarkable energy.

Perfect Pairing: Grilled halibut with herb butter, burrata with heirloom tomatoes, or lemon herb chicken with roasted vegetables.

Bent Creek Winery

2023 Sauvignon Blanc

Light, bright, and effortlessly refreshing, Bent Creek Winery’s 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is a celebration of crisp citrus flavors and easy summer sipping. Bursting with vibrant notes of lemon, lime, and fresh-picked citrus, this lively wine finishes clean and refreshing, making it the perfect companion for warm afternoons, beach days, or al fresco dinners. Simple, expressive, and endlessly drinkable, it’s a Sauvignon Blanc that invites you back for another sip.

Perfect Pairing: Grilled shrimp tacos with avocado, cabbage slaw, and a squeeze of fresh lime. The wine’s bright citrus character and crisp acidity beautifully complement the fresh seafood while balancing the creamy avocado and zesty lime.

Wente Family Vineyards

2025 Legacy Sauvignon Blanc

Few wineries have played a larger role in the story of Sauvignon Blanc in America than Wente. Founded in 1883, the Wente family has a long and pioneering history with Sauvignon Blanc, beginning with cuttings sourced from Château d’Yquem and culminating in the first U.S. varietally labeled Sauvignon Blanc in 1932. Their Legacy Series Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from select estate-grown vines in the Livermore Valley, where the grape has thrived for generations. These blocks are the result of a careful clonal selection process, focused on capturing the variety’s most vibrant aromatics and pure fruit expression. The result is a wine of precision, freshness, and layered complexity that honors the Wente family’s enduring legacy with this noble grape.

The 2025 Legacy Sauvignon Blanc honors that history while showcasing Livermore Valley today. Estate-grown fruit delivers aromas of white peach, Asian pear, and Meyer lemon, with vibrant fruit layered over subtle minerality and balanced acidity.

Fermented and aged sur lie in French oak, the result is both refined and beautifully expressive.

Perfect Pairing: Lobster rolls, shrimp ceviche, crab cakes, or a classic Greek salad.

Arroyo Cellars

2024 Sauvignon Blanc

Arroyo Cellars’ 2024 Sauvignon Blanc has already earned Gold at the Orange County Fair along with a 90-point score, continuing the winery’s reputation for producing expressive, award-winning, Livermore Valley wines.

With aromas of straw, mango, rosemary, and, savory taste of Meyer lemon, pineapple, mango, kiwi, lychee, and basil, exceptional Sauv Blanc lives up to the hype.
