Greetings!
I'm excited to announce the next Winemaker Tasting and Discussion, hosted by the LVWA and the quality enhancement and education committee.
**Topic:** Uncorked submitted wines - Cabernet Franc
For this tasting, please bring a Cabernet Franc wine that was submitted to this year's Uncorked competition.
In addition to the tasting, Larry and Simon will be presenting on the WineHQ AI project. This will be a great opportunity to ask them and the group any questions you have about how the wines were analyzed and evaluated.
Our upcoming June tasting will also include a brief exploration of the WineHQ.ai tool and some general findings from the chemistry analysis of wines submitted to Uncorked 2025.
Participants in the Uncorked 2025 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Sauvignon Blanc categories) and 2024 Uncorked Wine Competition will already find their reports uploaded into WineHQ.ai, ready for you to access. You'll also find reports comparing your wine varietal against the aggregated set of Livermore wines (submitted to Uncorked 2025) for the respective varietal.
