A native to Spain, toward the end of the 20th century, Tempranillo enjoyed a renaissance throughout the entire world as a fine wine.

Taste:
Bright cherries, raspberry and strawberry are complemented by earthy, leathery notes in this varietal.

Pair:
Try Tempranillo with dill-poached salmon, pork tenderloin with cilantro pesto or steamed mussels.
