Livermore Valley's First Ever Barrel Tasting Weekend!

Taste wines right out of the barrel, meet winemakers, and more. 
Each winery will host a unique experience during barrel tasting weekend including at least 1 barrel sample for each ticket holder.
This is your chance to pre-purchase wines before they have even bottled (aka "futures")!

Pre-Sell tickets end on Friday, March 27 at 1:30pm 
Tickets can be purchased at any participating winery.


Ticket includes: a take home Riedel glass with the new Livermore Valley Wine Country Logo, barrel tasting at each participating winery for Saturday & Sunday,  and a Barrel Tasting Weekend map which includes all wineries that are participating in the Barrel Tasting weekend.

Bent Creek Winery -'07 Cab barrel tasting,  winemaker teaches informative blending tips, create your won blend in your tasting glass, food pairings including chocolate truffles and Belgique Truffle Gateau.
Big White House Winery -'07 Sangiovese, '05 Zinfandel, '05 Pinot, '05 Dolceto, '06 Chardonnay and '03 Petite Sirah Barrel Tasting

Charles R Vineyards - Syrah barrel tasting, Craig's Famous BBQ tri-tip sandwiches, and Winemaker will be on hand to answer questions.

Chouinard Vineyards - '06 Petite Syrah Port and Reserv Cab barrel tasting, pairings include homemade bread and dark chocolate

Concannon Vineyard - '06 Petite Syrah and Reserve Cabernet barrel tasting

Crooked Vine Winery & Stony Ridge - '07 Cabernet Sauvignon and '07 Syrah barrel tasting. Winemaker, Jaime Dowell, will be on hand to answer questions

Cuda Ridge Wines -'07 Cab & "07 Merlot barrel tasting, live music, futures available for purchase, winemaker on hand to answer questions.
Deer Ridge Vineyards - '07 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Reserve barrel tasting paired with Cherie's Molten Cabernet Chocolate Cake.  The first 100 people sample Tawny Chocolate Port.  Artists work demonstrations from 1-4pm each day.

Les Chênes Estate Vineyards -'07 Estate Syrah barrel tasting and paired with New York cheeses such as smoke Gouda with bacon.  Poppy Ridge Grill will be on site with hors d'oeurves paired with other wines.

Wood Family Vineyards - '07 Cabernet Franc from an oak barrel and neutral barrel.  Bart's Blazing Q Pulled Pork Sandwiches will be available.  Futures available for purchase.


* Attendees who break a glass during the event may purchase another glass for $10 (glass replacement fee).  Attendee must have a wristband to show proof of original purchase.
To receive your wristband and glass, you'll be asked to provide a valid ID.
