A CheeseMonger, a Chocolatier, and a Winemaker walk into a room… and together they created the ultimate pairing experience. Del Valle Winery, Garre Vineyard & Winery, and Fenestra Winery have teamed up with The Cheese Parlor and Bluebirds Chocolate for a 6-course tasting adventure featuring:

Winemaker Aaron Luna, Cheese Monger Brandon Wood, and Chocolatier Larissa Milano guide guests through the flavors, textures, and stories behind each pairing.

Join us for an intimate afternoon at Casa de Viñas Vineyard with Livermore's legendary grape grower, Julio Covarrubias, who will share his incredible story and passion for grape growing, behind-the-scenes farming practices and winemaking.
While touring this iconic vineyard, you will get to taste the wines made from the surrounding vineyard blocks and meet the winemakers who made them. Afterwards, enjoy a picnic lunch under the shady vineyard oak tree while sipping more Casa de Viñas wines.
Step into Barrels & Bootleggers, an immersive speakeasy-style evening featuring live music, curated wine pairings, elevated pub fare, and standout wines from Livermore Valley wineries. Sip, mingle, and dance the night away in a vintage-inspired atmosphere filled with hidden gems, rich pours, and unforgettable energy. Guests are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the evening with 1920s-inspired attire, and all wines featured during the event will be available for purchase.
Livermore Valley is turning up the volume on sparkling wine, and this is the main stage. Sip your way through show-stopping Livermore AVA sparkling wines from six local producers, including Blanc de Noir, Blanc de Blanc, Sparkling Rosé of Malbec, Sparkling Grüner Veltliner, Sparkling Barbera, and a Pet Nat Rosé of Grenache, each paired with a classic Rock & Roll album. Throughout the morning you’ll hear from the owners and winemakers from each winery on the inspiration behind their sparkling prodigy and its vinyl pairing. (Spoiler: The Eagles' "Hotel California" will absolutely be played in honor of our "Pink Champagne on Ice.") A bottomless bubbles bar will be accompanied by a lavish brunch buffet by Zephyr Grill, with savory and sweet dishes perfectly paired with the sparkling masterpieces. Rock & Roll attire highly encouraged – so pull out that favorite faded band tee, fringe, and leather jackets. Consider this the breakout show for Livermore Valley sparkling wines… they're about to top the charts.

Celebrate harvest season at Livermore's newest winery, Shanti, with a lively grape stomp experience and delicious wine and food pairing. Guests will crush grapes in wine barrels against a stunning vineyard backdrop on a sunny Sunday afternoon while sippping on the winery’s 1st release of Livermore Valley-produced red wines. As you enjoy the winery's lush Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, and Barbera, indulge in thoughtfully paired charcuterie from The Grazing Cart by Mrs. B (vegetarian and gf options provided) and artisan chocolate bars from Bluebirds Chocolate.
