Set in an olive orchard at Purple Orchid Wine Country Resort and Spa, this six-course farm-to-table dinner from On the Vine Catering will be paired with 2020 vintage wines from the Livermore Valley Vintners Collective. This group of winemakers created guidelines for a red blend to showcase the Livermore Valley growing region and their own individual flair. Hosted by Fenestra Winery, JMC Cellars, Las Positas Vineyards, Page Mill Winery, Rosa Fierro Cellars, and Wood Family Vineyards. Livermore Valley Vintners Collective is a group of highly motivated and creative winemakers who decided to begin a winemaking project and agreed to create a blend from 100% Livermore Valley fruit, leaning on the exceptional quality found within our appellation. Their 2020 vintage of LVVC will be made up of 5 varietals of winemakers' choice, each comprising 20% of the blend. VIP Ticket Holders: An intimate reception prior to dinner to chat directly with the winemakers with passed appetizers and wine. 6:30-9:30pm; VIP starts at 5:30pm.
