Livermore Valley Wine Country will celebrate Earth Day and Down to Earth month by hosting eco-focused classes, walks and talks throughout the weekend.

For three days, April 22nd-24th, wineries across the region will highlight sustainable winegrowing and winemaking practices used to craft Livermore Valley’s award-winning wines. Tour organically farmed vineyards, learn how wineries practice energy conservation (some use solar power) and discover sustainable methods for pest, soil and plant management. Each earth-friendly celebration will conclude with a guided wine tasting.
