Set in the beautiful hills of Livermore Valley, this six-course farm-to-table dinner from On the Vine Catering will be paired with the 2022 vintage wines from the Livermore Valley Vintners Collective (LVVC). This group of winemakers created guidelines for a red blend to showcase the Livermore Valley growing region with their own individual flair all while highlighting our region's cooperative wine community. Livermore Valley Vintners Collective is a group of highly motivated and creative winemakers who decided to begin a winemaking project and agreed to create a blend from 100% Livermore Valley fruit, leaning on the exceptional quality found within our appellation. The 2022 vintage of LVVC is based on 30-40% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest is up to each individual winemaker! Come taste the experience!
