Be the first in the room. Our VIP experience gives you a full hour and a half alone with the competition before the crowds arrive — the best pours, the best bites, and the best seat in the house.

When doors open at 4:30 PM, you'll step into the newly renovated Concannon Event Center and our exclusive VIP Lounge, where you'll have unhurried, first access to all twenty winery-and-restaurant teams. Taste every pairing, talk shop with the winemakers and chefs, and cast your votes for Best Red and Best White before anyone else walks through the door. Indulge in VIP-exclusive desserts, and take home your commemorative Livermore Valley-branded glass as a keepsake of the night.

As the evening builds, the celebration moves outside for the awards ceremony — including this year's brand-new Industry Best award — followed by dancing under the stars.

• 4:30–6:00 PM — Exclusive 90 minutes with all 20 TOT teams; taste, mingle, and vote
• 6:00 PM — General Reserve admission opens
• 6:00–8:00 PM — Continue tasting and savor VIP desserts

• 8:30–9:00 PM — Awards ceremony under the stars
• 9:00–9:45 PM — Dancing and desserts
• 10:00 PM — Evening concludes
